Privacy

Your listening history stays on your phone

No account. No ads. Your app store handles the purchase. Here is exactly what that means, for the app and for this website.

This plain-language policy covers the first version of the app. Our lawyer reviews it before launch, and we will update this page if anything changes. Last updated October 26, 2026.

In the app

What the app keeps, and where

OscillaMind saves your routines, saved sounds, favorites, listening history and morning check-ins in the app’s own storage on your phone. It has no account and no server of ours to send them to.

Export and delete

You can export everything as a file whenever you like, for example to bring it to a new phone. You can delete everything from the app’s settings. Deleting also turns off your wake-up alarm, and the app asks before it does that.

The one outside service: your app store

When you buy OscillaMind, your app store handles the payment and tells the app that the purchase is valid. We never see your card details or your store account. The store’s own privacy policy covers that part.

What the app doesn’t do

Backups by your phone

If your phone backs up app data to your own cloud account, your OscillaMind data may be part of that backup. That is between you and your phone’s backup service, and you can turn it off in your phone’s settings.

On this website

Like every website, our hosting company’s servers keep standard access logs (such as IP address, the page asked for, and the time) to run and protect the site. We don’t use them to profile anyone.

Children

OscillaMind isn’t directed at children under 13.
